The changes that occur in adolescence create insecurities and stress in teens. In this course, teachers will learn why changes occur during adolescence and how they can teach their students to deal with them appropriately in order to avoid problems such as painful adjustments or certain disorders.

Itineraries of the School of Citizenship
Itineraries are learning pathways designed by experts whose aim is to contribute to teachers’ development and lifelong learning. The itineraries are articulated through the Schools, depending on the areas of development contributed by the different courses they contain.
